Pulwama Police recovers 2 dead bodies

Srinagar: Police have recovered two dead bodies from Rajpora Pulwama and kangan areas.

Pulwama Police recovered the dead body of one Mohammad Youf Ganie aged -38 Son-in-law of Abdul Ahad Ganie resident of Tujan Tanghar Mohalla near Karapora link road lying in a fruit orchard. Falling under the jurisdiction of Rajpora Pulwama. The deceased was carpenter by profession. Dead body handed over to Next of Kins for last rites. In a similar incident, dead body of a aged lady identified as Mst. Rehmat Jan -70 wife of Rehmatullah resident of Poshkar from Hallah Poshkar falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station kangan was recovered by Police kangan. The deceased was reportedly mentally retarded.
Police has initiated Proceedings under section 174 of the criminal procedure code. (KMW NEWS)
