Tokyo, April 25: A Japanese woman certified as World’s oldest person has died at the age of 119, according to officials on Monday.

NHK quoted officials of Fukuoka Prefecture, western Japan, as saying that Tanaka Kane who had been living in an elderly care facility in Fukuoka City, died on Tuesday of last week at a local hospital.
