Leh, February 27, 2026: The Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh organised a farewell programme for outgoing Administrative Secretary Michael M. D’ Souza in recognition of his dedicated service to the Union Territory.

Chief Secretary Ashish Kundra felicitated Michael M. D’ Souza and appreciated his valuable contributions towards strengthening governance and administrative functioning in Ladakh. He lauded the officer’s commitment, professionalism, and efforts during his tenure and extended his best wishes for his future assignments.
