Addressing the gathering, Hon’ble Dr. Justice Pushpendra Singh Bhati, Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh, described the establishment of the Ladakh Bench as the realization of a decades-long aspiration for accessible, inclusive and equitable justice.
