Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Government today said two committees have been constituted to study the issue of withdrawal of Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) from some parts of the state.

The question was raised by MLA Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan whether it is a fact that the government is committed to withdraw AFSPA and other draconian laws in a phased manner from the State.
