Srinagar, 05 March(KMW): Hizb-ul-Mujahideen has appealed people not to take up any jobs in police, army or paramilitary forces. The appeal cum warning came through a poster at Keller in Shopian district of South Kashmir today. Just a day after 6 people, including four civilians and two militants were killed by army in Pahnoo village of the same district.
“We appeal all the Kashmiris to refrain from getting recruited in police or army,†the poster read. It also appealed those who supply various essentials and other goods that they call off their trade with police and army.
“We also request suppliers that they shouldn’t do business with them. This appeal is also extended to political workers,†the poster said, “Otherwise they would be themselves responsible for the consequences.â€
Hizb has appealed people to share the poster widely on WhatsApp and Facebook.
This warning has come just two days after a Ghazwat-ul-Hind poster issued stern warning to some Hurriyat leaders and accused them of hobnobbing with the agencies.
