Srinagar, March 05(KMW): Senior leader, All Parties Hurriyat Conference (M) and People’s Political Party (PPP), Chairman Engineer Hilal Ahmad War condemned in strongest possible words the brutal killing of four Shopian youth ( Civilians ) namely Suhail Khaleel Wagay ( 22 ) of Pinjoora, Mohammad Shahid Khan of ( 21) of Malikgund and Shahnawaz Ahmad Wagay (23) of Trenz and Gowhar Ahmad Lone ( 24 ) of Trenz and two militants Aamir Ahmad Malik and Ashique Hussain all six persons from Shopian district were killed yesterday
not only in a fake but a stage managed encounter by 44 Rashtriya Rifles of Indian Army . The army officials cooked up a concocted story to cover up the fake encounter in order to hoodwink International Community.

Engineer Hilal termed aforesaid killings of Kashmir youth a well thought out genocide policy of Indian Government Forces in Kashmir.

International Body so that the perpetrators should be brought to book.

He asked New Delhi to stop genocide in Kashmir and punish the killer cops .If the killer cops are not punished, the entire population of Kashmir will be constrained to go for an all out war with India .The
Indian Government armed forces have unleashed a reign of terror in entire valley have converted entire Kashmir into a graveyard of human rights.

Mr. War said, “Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and other draconian laws have given licence to Indian Army and other central forces to kill innocent Kashmiri at will. He further said such tactics
will not deter the resolve of oppressed Kashmiris and the youth in particular but will give boost the morale of the struggling people of Kashmir to increase the momentum of their struggle for Right to self-determination”.
