ous prestigious media outlets and prominent news magazines and news papers. The “Peace awards†were conferred for their notable contributions in the peace & conflict related journalistic caliber.
The Jammu & Kashmir Governor N.N .Vohra presented the awards in a colorful programme cum seminar organized by the J& K Peace Foundation. The award of Rameez Makhdoomi was given in his absentia as he could not make it to venue.Mr.Makhdoomi is also associated with Kashmir Media Watch as Sub-editor.(KMW News)
