Prolonged Outage Irks Srinagar Residents

Srinagar, May 28: Despite the clear orders by Chief Executive Engineer System and operating Division ( Power Controller Kashmir) Bemina , Srinagar under Grid Station Bemina for areas under Bemina, Khatami, Fatehkadal , Maisuma, Batmaloo, Tattoo Ground of shutdown in these areas from 9 to 1 pm , the shutdown continues despite 3 pm in clock. This prolonged shutdown exceeding the given time has caused grave hardships to the masses.

The letter was issued EE/ DIV/ So / SD 1524- 44 for circulation via information department to General masses. Masses have called for immediate restoration of power to ease difficulties.
