People from Various Shades of life sympathize with Bilal Bashir Bhat

Srinagar: Eminent Youth Journalist and the Editor in Chief Only Kashmir, Mr. Bilal Bashir Bhat bereaved after his grandmother passed away for heavenly abode at SKIMS. She was 65, thousands of people for the first time including women attended the Nimaz-I-Jinaza of the deceased at Shah Faisal Colony Park Soura Srinagar.
While expressing sympathies with the Eminent Young Journalist Bilal Bashir Bhat, who is also the treasurer of J&K Young Journalists Association (JKYJA) a condolence meeting on the sad demise was held at the JKYJA’s Office at News Building Lal Chowk. Later a team of JKYJA led by Mr. Ajaz Ahmad War visited the bereaved family, and expressed their condolences with the family in general and in particular with Mr. Bashir Ahmad Kawoosa the son of the deceased.
Among others Senior Congress Leader and the renowned author of Kashmir Khawja Farooq Renzu, Hurriyat Conference Executive Member and Chairman Peoples League Mukhtar Ahmad Waza, Nominated Grand Mufti of Jammu and Kashmir Mufti Nasir ul Islam and Mahaz-e-Azadi senior leader Muhammad Yousuf Gilkar in their separate statements to media have also expressed grief and sorrow over the sad demise.
Meanwhile the Chairman of Peoples Political Party (PPP), Engineer Hilal Ahmad War , Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League Chairman and senior Hurriyat Leader Hakeem Abdul Rashid and spokesman Imtiyaz Reshi while expressing the sympathies with the blooming Journalist Bilal Bashir Bhat visited the bereaved family along with tens of their party members & activists.
A condolence meeting was also held at under the Presidentship of Journalist Makbool Veeray at Anantnag to mourn the demise of grandmother of Mr. Bilal Bashir Bhat, renowned journalist and treasurer of Jammu and Kashmir Young Journalists Association (JKYJA). Veeray expressed grief over the demise of Bilal Bashir Bhat’s Grandmother and expressed heartfelt condolences with the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and endurance to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
Meanwhile Editors at Kashmir’s leading News agencies Current News Agency and Kashmir News service, Sahil Nazir and Syed Tajamul have also expressed anguish over the sad demise and prayed for the peace towards the departed soul.
On the other hand various International and National News portals including, JK Monitor,(Jammu) Growing Kashmir (Srinagar), Newsnoor,(Iran) JandK Live (Srinagar) World Media Reporter and other have also expressed deep sorrow and grief over the sad demise.
Meanwhile a large number of people including prominent officials, Journalists, Social and Political activists have offered the heartfelt condolences over the sad demise of the deceased.
