PDP creation of BJP: Slathia

Jammu: Saying that PDP is the creation of BJP with a sole objective to divide and disintegrate the people of the State, Minister for Industries and Commerce, Mr. S. S. Slathia today cautioned the people about machination of this party.

Speaking at a public gathering at Channi-Kartholi, Vijaypur today, Mr. Slathia castigated PDP for its double standard adding that the party leadership wants to grab the power to satiate their nefarious designs. He said coalition government will not allow such elements to succeed in their plans and will jointly defeat their schemes to divide the State on the basis of religion and region.
Mr. Slathia said that people of the State have rejected both the parties during elections which show people are commitment towards secularism and socialism. He said the coalition partners will not allow anybody to damage the secular fabric of the State, a hallmark of its rich culture and ethos.
|The Minister also paid tribute to Capt. Bahadur Singh Chahal, Veer Chakar Vijeta on his 42nd Martyrs day at Bhambo Chak in Ramgarh who laid down his life in Badmer Rajasthan in 1971. The minister directed for construction of boundary wall and Gate out of the CDF.
Earlier, Mr. Slathia inaugurated lanes and drains at Channi-Kartholi constructed by Rural Development Department at an estimated cost of Rs.10.75 lakh. The Minister also donated one wheel chair to a handicapped girl Ms Sheetal Devi D/O Shri Tilak Raj. He also announced upgradation of roads, Nallaha, Play ground for children, etc. (KMW News)
