Mumbai: Union Home Minister P Chidambaram discussed security measures in the Metropolis with Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan here last night.

o present at the meeting, where he took stock of the progress in the 13/7 blast case and measures to tackle the Naxalite menace.Mr Patil briefed him about his London visit, where a team of state officials and city Police Commissioer Arup Patnaik interacted with Scotland Yard officers to study the surveillance network there as part of measures to strengthen the security apparatus in the Metropolis.
