NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 6: The Appointment Committee of Union Cabinet has approved the proposal of DoPT for inter-cadre deputation of Nitishwar Kumar, IAS-96 from Uttar Pradesh cadre to the Union Territory of J&K for a period of one year.
