New Delhi: In a significant development, eminent literary personalities Dr Narottam Parida and Dr Prasana Kumar Dalai were conferred Honorary Doctorates and the Shree Bharat Ratnam Global Award 2026 on 26th June, Friday in Delhi.
The honors were presented on the eve of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, at a ceremony organized in Delhi.
Both academicians were recognized for their distinguished work in research, education, and grassroots advocacy against drug abuse and human trafficking. The Shree Bharat Ratnam Global Award acknowledges exceptional contributions to humanitarian causes and national development.
