JAMMU JUNE 17 (KMW): J&K Youth National Conference on Tuesday staged massive demonstrations at various places across the Jammu city against unruly behaviour of BJP Legislators and their dubious machinations to barter the interests of the people for their petty personal gains.
According to a statement issued to KMW, The protesters were raising slogans against the sitting BJP Legislators for their dubious role and anti-people policies.
“They will have to account for their misdeeds besides omissions and commissions in pursuit of personal gains”, they said while putting afire their effigies.
The demonstrations led by senior YNC leaders including its Jammu Provincial President Mr Surinder Singh Bunty held demonstrations at city squares and prominent land marks.
“Our workers will carry out protests and expose BJPs tainted leaders at every block and district headquarters”, Mr Bunty said while talking to reporters during protest demonstrations at Raghunath Temple Chowk, adding that the people of Jammu feel outraged at their blatant and dubious role as lawmakers.
