SRINAGAR, APRIL 22: According to the Divisional Administration Kashmir, as recommended by Chief Engineer Mughal Road Project and Additional MD State Road Development Corporation Jammu, the Mughal road will be thrown open for traffic on April 23.
However, it was said that the road will be open for one-way traffic only.
