Militants attacks police picket guarding residential house in J&K’s Anantnag

Srinagar, May 29(KMW): Militants attacked a police picket guarding a residential house in Jammu and Kashmir’s Anantnag district last night, but the attack was repulsed by the alert sentry.

A police spokesperson said that the residential guard was attacked by terrorists at Thajiwara in Anantnag. Further details are awaited.
