Lieutenant Governor’s greetings on Raksha Bandhan

Srinagar, August 08: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha has extended his heartiest greetings to the people on the eve of Raksha Bandhan.

In a message, the Lieutenant Governor said:
