Jammu, November 22: Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha today attended the 64th Raising Day Celebrations of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) at 15th Battalion, ITBP Udhampur. He interacted with the ITBP personnel and extended his greetings on the occasion.

The event was graced by Shri Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs.
