Speaking on the occasion, Cluster Head Ritesh Sharma said that coordinated outreach was essential to ensure that people receive what rightfully belongs to them. “This camp reflects our collective commitment to helping citizens recover their financial dues with ease, transparency, and dignity,” he said.

Sharing the key data, RBI LDO (Poonch) Amit Kumar informed that unclaimed deposits in the district amount to Rs 12.90 crore, and urged the public to make use of the UDGAM Portal. “The portal empowers people to trace unclaimed deposits across multiple banks and settle dues efficiently, while regular KYC updates and proper nominations can prevent such accumulation in future,” he stated.
