Srinagar, Apr 12: Law students at the Kashmir University are facing significant delays in their studies due to staffing issues.

As a matter of fact, The 5-year integrated B.A.LLB course is being severely impacted, with classes limited to just one or two per day.

This has resulted in substantial wastage of time and hindered academic progress. The program, initially designed to be completed in five years, is now stretching beyond six years due to staffing issues and the absence of a structured academic calendar for examinations.

Students are frustrated and concerned about their future career prospects, having enrolled with the expectation of graduating within a reasonable timeframe.

They are appealing to the Lieutenant Governor and the Vice Chancellor to intervene urgently and address the staff shortage, establish a clear examination schedule, and streamline the academic process.

This is leaving students uncertain about the future of their academic pursuits.
