Law Minster Ashwini Kumar quits, no official confirmation yet

New Delhi: Close on the heels of Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal submitting his resignation to the Prime Minister, Law Minister Ashwini Kumar was also reported to have resigned tonight.

Speculations were rife about Mr Kumar’s possible resignation following the Supreme Court’s indictment of the government over the vetting of CBI report on the coal allocation scam.
