Srinagar, February 9(KMW): Director Health Services Kashmir , Dr.Kunzes Dolma today paid a surprise visit to most of the health institutions of district Srinagar.
Among other institutions she visited NTPHC Nowgam where one Dental Surgeon and other allied staff was present . It was reported that the Medical Officer was on night off. DHSK had also a surprise visit to NTPHC Natipora where it was observed that one Medical Officer was on leave and other allied was present. The staff on spot was instructed to ensure cleanliness and punctuality of staff. Chief Medical Officer Srinagar was asked to submit detailed report in this regard along with the roster copy by today only. Chief Medical Officer Srinagar was also instructed to have surprise visits of health facilities falling under her jurisdiction in order to monitor and supervise punctuality of staff, cleanliness and professional systematic Sops in place to facilitate the public at large with better health care delivery system and patients in particular.
