Jammu: The three-member delegation of interlocutors on Jammu and Kashmir appointed by the Government of India today said that situation in Jammu and Kashmir is unlike any other state and needs a unique solution.
The interlocutors said all recommendations in Jammu and Kashmir report have been made within the framework of Article 370.
“Recommendations in the document prepared on solution to Jammu and Kashmir have been made within the framework of Article 370,” Chief Interlocutor and veteran Journalist Dilip Padgaonkar flanked by former Chief Information Commissioner M M Ansari and academician Radha Kumar told reporters at a press conference here.
The interlocutors are on the final leg of their visit to Jammu and Kashmir and after visiting three districts of Kashmir tomorrow they would fly back to the national capital on September 21.
“As long as the solution is within the purview of Indian Constitution and Article 370, I think we may come up with the recommendations of all the three regions of the state,” he said.
