JKTA holds High-Level Meet in Reasi

Reasi, January 28 : Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Association (JKTA) organized a high-level meeting under the leadership of Bhupinder Singh, UT President of JKTA. The event, held in Reasi, was effectively managed by Sajad Malik, District President JKTA Reasi, with the proceedings skillfully conducted by Kapoor Chand, UT Special Secretary.

The prominent leaders of RET Forum including Mohd Farooq, Ajaz Ahmed Rizvi, Suresh Kumar, Faiz Malik, Pritam Singh, Sansar Singh, Sham Lal, Angrez Singh, Karnail Singh Naag, Javed Iqbal, Balbir Singh Naag, Ashu Salathia, Reena Devi, Madhu Rani, and Rita Devi.

During the meeting, Bhupinder Singh emphasized the pivotal role of JKTA as the only teachers’ organization with a strong presence in every district and zone of Jammu and Kashmir. “JKTA has thousands of dedicated members, including Rehbar-e-Taleem (RET) teachers, General Line Teachers (GLT), and Masters,” he remarked, highlighting the association’s commitment to addressing the issues of the teaching community and improving the education sector in the Union Territory.

The leaders reiterated their commitment to working collectively for the welfare of teachers and ensuring quality education across the region. The meeting concluded with a call for unity among the teaching fraternity to uphold their rights and responsibilities.
