Jammu :The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has issued notices to the Union Minister and president Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association Farooq Abdullah and chairman Aslam Goni in connection with the multi-crore financial fraud in Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA).
In an application filed here by one Ravinder Singh seeking stay on order of JKCA issued by Dr Abdullah in the capacity of JKCA president whereby contrary to the constitution and rules of Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association, two provincial level committees are alleged to have been constituted illegally and arbitrarily.
”Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court, Jammu Wing yesterday issued notice to the Chief Secretary J&K, JKCA through its General Secretary, Dr Abdullah, president JKCA and Union Minister, Mohd Aslam Goni, Chairman JKCA, and others returnable within three weeks granting final and last opportunity to file reply,” official sources here today said.
