Srinagar: Continuing its ATM network expansion, J&K Bank opened an ATM at the main entrance of the district hospital, Udhampur today. Besides, the bank also dedicated renovated main entrance of the hospital to the people. The bank had undertaken rennovation of the said entrance on modern lines under its Corporate Social responsibility.
The inauguration was performed at a simple but impressive function by Balwant Singh Mankotia, MLA Udhampur in presence of Chander Parkash, Hospital Superintendent, District Hospital, Udhampur and Iqbal Singh, Bank’s Cluster Head.
Speaking on the occasion, Balwant Singh Mankotia appreciated the initiatives of the bank for the betterment of the state’s economy. He also hailed the bank’s gesture of renovating the entrance gate of the hospital.
Cluster Head, J&K Bank, Iqbal Singh welcomed the dignitaries and highlighted the bank’s role as responsible corporate citizen. He also gave a detailed account of the bank’s initiatives towards customer convenience.
The hospital administration also lauded the bank’s people friendly initiatives.
