J&K DG Prisons for modern technology in improving jail security

Jammu, Nov 14 (KMW): Jammu and Kashmir Director General Prisons K Rajindera today advocated for adoption of modern technology in improving jail security. ”There is the need to adopt modern technology for improving the security in the prisons as well as best prison practices,” Mr Rajindera said while speaking at annual Jail Superintendents Conference held at Kote Bhalwal Jail here.

The conference was organised by Jammu and Kashmir Prisons Department with an aim for sharing the ideas for improving the Prisons Management System and providing opportunities for professional development of the correctional administration.
