Cameron vouches for India’s permanent berth in UN Security Council

Kolkata, Nov 14 (KMW): British Prime Minister David Cameron today batted for India’s permanent berth in the UN Security Council and called for an all-out war on terrorism.

The British Prime Minister said both the United Kingdom and India were being affected by the menace of terrorism and the only way to counter it was to fight unitedly by all affected countries.

” We need to modernise the UN Security Council. The UNSC ought to include India as a permanent member, there is no doubt about that,” he said during a 40-minute interaction with students of the IIMC here.
