J&K Bank inaugurates business unit, ATM in Haridwar

Srinagar, Apr 30: Expanding its footprints at important places outside the state, J&K Bank inaugurated state-of-the-art Business Unit at the holy city of Haridwar in Uttarakhand. An ATM was also commissioned on the occasion.
Executive President Vagish Chander Sharma inaugurated the bank’s 860th business unit in presence of Zonal Head North (Delhi) Rakesh Gandotra, Vice Presidents Farooq Ahmad Rather, Rajini Saraf in a simple function attended by leading businessmen and along with an impressive gathering of locals.
Speaking on the occasion, Executive President said, “Although people of Haridwar wished to have a branch of J&K Bank since long but we feel privileged to be associated with this holy city of Haridwar by commissioning the business unit and ATM here.”
Enunciating the bank’s philosophy of serving-the-people as the greatest individual and institutional virtue he assured the people of Haridwar of better products and services besides best customer service.
Earlier, Zonal Head North (Delhi) during his welcome address apprised the participants about the business operations of the bank and its tailor-made schemes for diverse customer needs.
He urged the people to avail maximum benefit of bank’s customer friendly products especially the latest technology based products like Debit and Credit Cards, e banking, Mobile Banking etc.
Vice President Rajini Saraf concluded the function with vote of thanks.
Meanwhile, the bank inaugurated two Cash Depositing Machines (CDMs) in Kashmir (North) at Business units T P Baramulla and N C Sopore.
Zonal Head Kashmir (North) Mohammad Younis inaugurated the CDM at T P Baramulla in presence of Cluster Head (I) Altaf Ahmad Wani the CDM at N C Sopore in presence of Cluster Head (II) Mohammad Sultan Dhobi.
