Jammu: The BJP, supported by various political parties, today gave a Jammu bandh call for tomorrow as one person was killed and 14 injured, four critically, in clashes that broke out between two members of a community in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.
”It is unfortunate that the government has not yet ordered any probe into the matter as members of the minority community were looted, beaten and their houses were set on fire in Kishtwar after Eid prayers,” a BJP leader said.
He said the party has called for a Jammu Bandh tomorrow against the Kishtwar incident and it has been supported by the transporters, Bar Association of Jammu, Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Hoteliers, traders and other business establishments.
