Jaish claims responsibility of Sopore attack

Srinagar, January 6 (KMW): Militant outfit Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) Saturday claimed responsibility for an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in Sopore town in which four police personnel were killed.
In a statement to news agency GNS, Jaish-e-Mohammad spokesperson claimed that they have attacked the forces party in Sopore. “The Shaheed Afzal Guru squad carried out the attack,” he said.
The spokesperson claimed five forces men were killed and several others received injuries in the attack.
