ISRO Satellite Launch: Jitendra lauds PM for inspiring scientists, says overjoyed

Jammu, Jan 12 (KMW): Union Minister in PMO and Department of Space and Atomic Energy, Dr Jitendra Singh on Friday expressed happiness over the launching of 31 satellites by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO).

“It is a historical success and I feel that every Indian should be proud of this moment,” Dr Singh said here on Friday.
He added that being associated with the department, he is overjoyed, adding, “in recent times, the area of space technology has experienced numerous achievements.”
Dr Singh further added, “I must make a mention that in the last 3 to 4 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a personal and keen interest in expanding and developing space technology.”
“The Prime has extended all his encouragement and inspired the space scientists due to which we were able to achieve series of success in this field,” said the Union Minister.
