IGP Jammu briefs Governor on security situation

JAMMU, APRIL 21(KMW): Mr. Danesh Rana, Inspector General of Police, Jammu Zone, called on Mr. N.N. Vohra, Governor, here at Raj Bhavan today.
During the meeting, the Governor discussed with Mr. Rana issues pertaining to internal security management in the Jammu region and the need for effective steps being taken to ensure against recurring infiltration across the IB and terrorist attacks in the Jammu region. Mr. Rana briefed the Governor about the steps being taken in this regard and about the overall security situation in the Jammu region.
