Dr. A. H. Rizvi, Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar, emphasized the importance of the viva-voce, stating, “The viva-voce is a platform for learners to showcase their hard work and dedication. It not only evaluates their research but also helps them develop essential communication skills, including presentation, articulation, and the ability to defend their work.
