SRINAGAR, MAY 08: Hours before the Darbar Move offices opening in Srinagar, IGP Traffic Mr. S.A Watali took stock of Traffic arrangements and plan in view of additional influx of traffic ahead of DURBAR Move.
In the wee hours on Sunday, IGP took stock of arrangements alongwith men and machinery at Traffic Police Office City Srinagar to griddle up to meet the emerging challenges faced in the Management of Traffic in Srinagar City.
Besides IGP Traffic J&K, SSP Traffic City Srinagar and other officers also attended the said Darbar.
IGP Traffic reiterated his commitment in light of the expectations of the Government and general public to streamline traffic and stressed upon his men in blue to exhibit high sense of responsibility and duty while regulating traffic and also to foster pubic police relationship with maximum focus on traffic regulation strictly as per the interaction injected in the darbar.
IGP Traffic further emphasized to bring uniformity in the Management of Traffic by making all commuters including Government Police and security on a plane of discipline and order in the interest of all commuters with zero tolerance against lapses committed.
