HM Militant apprehended in Kulgam: Police

Srinagar: Anantnag police arrested a Hizbul Mujahidin militant at Khudwani, Kulgam.
On a specific information regarding a suspicious movement of one Molvi Yassir Hussain Bhat son of Shams Din Bhat resident of Kralpora Saroor Kishtewar. Teams headed by Dy. SP Sangam, Anantnag apprehend the said individual. After sustained questioning the individual confessed of having information regarding presence of Imitiyaz Ahmad Bhat resident of Shirpora Anantnag an Hizbul Mujahidin outfit Militant of “C” Category around Khudwani Kulgam. On his disclosure the police party launched a search operation at Tachloo Kulgam and apprehended Imitiyaz Ahmad Bhat after a chase and arrested him alongwith one Pistol ,one Magazine , eight rounds and two Chinese Grenade
A case FIR number 87/2013 stands registered of police station Anantnag and investigation is set into motion. Further break through shall be shared forthwith.
