The warning issued by Hizb has targeted the PDP youth president Waheed Parra that he lures young girls into such programmes by offering them various incentives. According to the poster, the sole motivation behind such participation is greed. Hizb has strongly exhorted the parents to ensure girls remain away from such activities. Hizb commander Riyaz Naikoo has warned people that they should allow their children to be a part of such funded tours that are a part of Army’s Operation Sadbhavna. It has also warned the youth to stay away from government sponsored cricket leagues and other activities like music concerts. Such activities, the poster reads, are immoral and parents should avoid falling into the trap.Hizb Warns

Reacting strongly to the Hizb Warning, Parra said, “ The progressive schemes will continue. The terror outfit is threatened by developmental activity and therefore it’s choosing soft targets. We will not give up, it is sad that youth especially women are being targeted, but the threat will have no impact on ground.”
