JAMMU, APRIL 30(KMW): As per past practice the working hours in the Government Offices and educational institutions in the Jammu Division (Summer Zone) will be 8.00 am to 2.00 pm with effect from 1st May 2015. As regards the Winter Zone, the timing shall remain unchanged.
