Srinagar: Chairman Hurriyat Conference (G), Syed Ali Shah Geelani will be attending a seminar on Kashmir in New Delhi organized by Committee for the Release of Political Prisoners.
Hurriyat spokesman, Ayaz Akbar said Geelani will leave for New Delhi today where he will attend the seminar titled ‘Azadi the only way’, scheduled to be held on October 21. Besides Geelani, several prominent figures from India and abroad are also expected to participate in the seminar, Akbar said in a statement issued here on Tuesday. Geelani, who has been specially invited to the seminar by CRPP president GuruSharan Singh, will return to Kashmir on Sunday, October 24, Akbar added.
