Fresh snowfall on upper reaches, rain in plains in Kashmir

Srinagar: The upper reaches experienced fresh snowfall while plains, including summer capital, Srinagar, had light to moderate rains, in the Kashmir valley. A Met department spokesperson said this afternoon that light to moderate rain or snowfall over hills would occur at many places over Jammu and Kashmir during the next 24 hours.
