Four injured in Ramban road accident

Jammu, Dec 31 (KMW):  Four persons were injured after an Alto car they were travelling in met with an accident in Seri area of district Ramban on Sunday.

The injured persons have been identified as Mohammad Iqbal, Khurshid Ahmed, Muhammad Mukhtyar, Asgar Ahmed Mir and Aijaz Ahmed Mir all residents of district Kupwara.

An official from the traffic department said that a car they were travelling in bearing registration number JKO5D 7087was on the way from Baramulla to Jammu skidded off the road and fell into a 100-ft gorge at Seri Ramban.

“The injured were rushed to the Ramban hospital for the treatment,” he added.
