Srinagar: March 24: Security forces on Wednesday started a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in twin villages of South Kashmir’s Tral sub-district.

Official sources said that 42 RR, 180 bn CRPF and police started the search operations after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the areas.

The anti-militancy operations were going on in Laam and Bathnoor villages of Tral.

Sources said that large number of forces have been deployed in these areas and door to door search operations are going on.
