The aim of awarding degrees to ex-servicemen is to empower those who have dedicated a large part of their youth to unflinching dedication and devotion to duty while missing out on civil education. This great initiative by Kendriya Sainik Board will go a long way in assisting the ex-servicemen of Kargil in 2nd Career progression.
