Srinagar, April 10, 2020 : Senior leader Hurriyat Conference and People’s Political Party ( PPP) Chairman , Engineer Hilal Ahmad War today expressed shock over the sad and sudden demise of his colleague and veteran Hurriyat leader , Abdul Majeed Wani who passed today morning after a brief illness.
It is pertinent to mention here that Abdul Majeed Wani was a selfless, honest and dedicated leader who has contributed his entire life for the movement of right to selfdetermination . While paying rich tributes to the deceased , Mr. War termed his death as a personal loss.
Mr. War also expressed grief and sorrow on the demise of Peer Hafiz ullah Makhdoomi , paid condolence to the bereaved families and prayed to Almighty to rest their soul in Jannah.
