MANDAL (JAMMU), DECEMBER 13: Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo today inaugurated the stone work Sanctum Sanctorium of Mata Bhaderkali Asthapan at Thalwal, Mandal here.

He was accompanied by the Commissioner Secretary Mining, Rashmi Singh; Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, KK Sidha, and other concerned.
