SRINAGAR, (KMW News): The Spokesman of the office of Advocate General has today clarified that the Hon’ble Court did not give any direction for personal appearance of Sham Lal Sharma Minister PHE, in the PIL No. 6 of 2013 titled Dr. Nissar-ul-Hassan and another versus State of Jammu and Kashmir and others as was reported in a section of press.
This matter came up for hearing before the division bench of the Hon’ble High Court headed by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of J&K on 09-05-2013.
The Counsel representing the Minister Sham Lal Sharma sought time to file the reply. The Hon’ble Court granted the time to the Counsel representing the Minister to file the reply by next date of hearing which is May 20th, 2013.
