Colonies have submerged due to failed master Plan: Hilal War

Srinagar, Sep 5: All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) Leaders Engineer Hilal Ahmad War and Javaid Ahmad Mir visited the flood affected areas of Srinagar like Bemina , Natipora and Kursoo Rajbagh . They have reported to Chairman, APHC, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and apprised him about the natural calamity. Engineer Hilal said Hamdania Colony, Bemina has almost submerged in flood water. They have condemned the Government for giving a flawed and failed master plan and complete failure of Flood Control Department. Government machinery has totally failed to rescue people and save colonies due to flood, said War.
