CASO Launched by Forces in Ganderbal Area

Srinagar, 20 March :Following an input about Militant presence, the Government Forces Saturday launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in the Ganderbal district of Central Kashmir.

Officials told Kashmir Media Watch that 13 RR of the Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF jointly laid a CASO in the Kohistan colony of Safapora in Ganderbal district on Saturday morning.

Meanwhile, Locals said that a large number of forces have been deployed to conduct a door-to-door search operation.
