Cabinet orders Transfers and Postings in Administration

SRINAGAR:- The State Cabinet which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister, Mr. Omar Abdullah ordered the following Transfers and Postings in Administration.
1. Mr. Shahid Anayatullah, IAS (JK:2000), Labour Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, vice Mr. Mehraj Ahmad Kakroo.
2. Mr. Sanjeev Verma, IAS (JK:2001), Transport Commissioner, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Floriculture Department and BPE, against an available vacancy.
3. Mr. Mehraj Ahmad Kakroo, IAS (JK:2001), Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K State Power Development Corporation, against an available vacancy.
4. Mr. Anal Kumar Gupta, IAS (JK:2001), Special Secretary to the Government, Tourism and Culture Department, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K Handloom Development Corporation vice Ms.Nirmal Sharma.
5. Ms. Nirmal Sharma, IAS (JK:2001), MD, J&K Handloom Development Corporation, has been transferred and posted as Labour Commissioner, J&K, vice Mr. ShahidAnayatullah.
6. Mr. Mohammad Sharif Sood, IAS (JK:2001), Secretary, J&K State Information Commission, has been transferred and posted as Joint Financial Commissioner, Agrarian Reforms, J&K.
7. Mr. Saurabh Bhagat, IAS (JK:2002), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, J&K, vice Mr. Sanjeev Verma.
8. Ms. Dilshad Khan, IAS, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Industries & Commerce Department.
9. Mr. Shamim Ahmad Laherwal, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Project Director, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan.
10. Ms.Kamla Devi, KAS, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred. She shall, however, await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
11. Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta, KAS, under orders of transfer as Executive Director, Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, Jammu, has been posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Higher Education Department.
12. Mr. Rohit Khajuria, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Kathua, has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
13. Mr. Tsering Maroop, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
14. Mr. Rahul Sharma, KAS, Additional Secretary in the Personal Section of the Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
15. Mr. Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department, has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
16. Mr. Gazanfer Ali, KAS, Secretary, J&K State Advisory Board for Social Welfare, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K State Information Commission, vice Mr. Mohammad Sharif Sood.
17. Ms. Babila Rakwal, KAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
18. Mr. Mohammad Sultan Malik, OSD with the Hon’ble Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, has been transferred and posted as Member, J&K Services Selection Board.
